good start : )

yesterday me and del planned to go bukit padang jogging puls climb the mountain. but suddenly around 3pm started raining and raining. ops this planning gonna cancel lo..but at last i got an idea that is book fook chow associate for one hour badminton. thank God got one empty slot cos normally last minutes booking is fully booked. but last night praise God. and also this is my first time and also his first time playing together without anyone else. so fun. and we had our ricket but we don have ball...hehehe...so when we reached fook chow we brought one box of badminton ball which cost RM10 but is not branded one is mao pai one. we played from 6pm to 7pm. wow so tired...althought only one hour but very tired also. today we going to play with delson's friends again at same place...hehehe...this time we booked two court cos now more and more ppl joining us. badminton badminton.

after finished badminton last night, went back home and you know what i watching? is Eight Below. wow nice and touching movie. i already watch long time ago but now again i watched it another time. really make me cry again....i miss the doggy....they are so brave and helping each other and always honor the leader. maya (one of the dog and she is leader) i really proud of you...you really so amaze.....love ya....

sorry lately din written any news for you all to update.. reason was busy, tired, no mood and etc...

last week my dear training starting from last thursday until today. walau.....so i need to find my own programme...hehehehehehehe....sat afternoon i went out lunch with my pen pal....so miss her and she also my ex-church ministry team....we went to likas survay there had our lunch and shun bian drop my dad's church buletin to photocopy...and found out that the photocopy shop also got lunch hour one...so funny oh...first time i saw that...end up we ate at the malay shop near the photocopy shop becos need to wait for the shop to open. finally we had a good lunch and chat also....

after she sent me home, i got another program again....while delson still training until 5pm. friday night me and irene my sister already plan wanted to watch movie at 6.40pm sat night. the movie title was EVAN ALMIGHTY. so around four something irene 's friend pick us up from house den we went to centre point brought ticket and shopping while. i brought delson's mum birthday gift also...praise the Lord and suddenly during my shopping, delson phoned up and asked where are we? den i said at centre point waiting got movie...den i asked him back la, how your training and how your dinner tonight with them? den he said suddenly he wanted to joined us for movie cos the bosses left him behind...so now he can enjoy....den i said good idea....you just come to centre and look for us and i will brought another ticket for you....den at last he went movie with us...hehehehehe....end my sat night.

den sunday, i went to my ex church COR with mum, irene, cat and barney..becos one of the member's baby full moon asked us joined them for lunch...so shun bian visited my ex church members lo...so miss them. den after full moon lunch den went shopping with family. long time din shopping with them liao. end sunday night...

today really lazy wake up and go to work...so tired...aiyo....really hate sometime about the ISO things....finally i took leave on this coming sat...yeah...i got more days to rest....

breakthrough in BADMINTON

last night delson's college invited me to join them play badminton at the FU CHOW. for your information, this is my first time play badminton cos i seldom play badminton except at the school la...but very seldom...and now you asked me to play again really very hard for me and den my knee broke down before and i cant so heavy exercise runnning here and there one...but last night mao bian i join them one night...

firstly when i reach the fu chow, i told delson i cant imagine that i need to play with many ppl seeing us one....cos there is a lots of court there...walau...i really scare and don know what to do....bt at last i joined them also....play and play play .....sound nice oh....and of cos got few times i cant catch the ball la...but still got some of the time i play well also...wow...i started like to play badminton....and i will play again next week....cos delson and i wanna live a healthy life....we don wan just sit down in the office facing the computer from 8.00am to 5.00pm...so we decided after work must at least go jogging o play badminton....heheheheheh...and now i found new exercise liao...BADMINTON....thanks delson...now my whole body pain and my right hand expecially...aiyo....suffer but soon is over la...

ISO MEETING AGAIN...THIS MORNING

this morning we having IN-House ISO meeting again....walau yeh....when its will finished oh? so tired eh......my friend asked me eat choc and ice-cream...i will try later...see can reduce stress and tireness o nt...yesterday when jogging with dear it works oh...can reduce stress bit la when came to sleep at night cant sleep at all liao cos worry about this morning meeting....really this ISO make me suck and make me dream day and night only....

later after working, delson's college invite me go play badminton...long time i din play liao hope my leg will be ok....hehehehehehe....first time play with strangers leh....is good la meet new friends.....

STRESS SICK TIRED EVERYTHING LA

OH GOOSH...FINALLY OUR COMPANY IMPLEMENT ISO TODAY....16/08/2007..BUT ITS JUST THE START ONLY STILL LONG WAY TO BUSY AND TIRED AND STRESS..

NEXT WEEK I NEED TO PHOTOCOPY 32 SET OF OUR ISO COMPANY QUALITY MANUAL AND EACH SET GOT MORE THAT 100 COPIES. AND I NEED TO CHOP ALL THE PHOTOCOPY COPIES WITH A CONTROL CHOP...CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW BUSY I AM NEXT WEEK AND I TOLD DELSON AND HE DECIDED TO HELP ME OVERTIME...HEHEHEHEHE....SO NOW HE BROUGHT EXTRA CONTROL CHOP AND HELP ME CHOP ONE BY ONE....AIYO....MAHU MATI SUDAH LO....COS MY BOSS SAID ALL THE STAFF MUST HAVE ONE SET OF THE COMPANY QUALITY MANUAL....

OH LORD, PLEASE GIVE ME POWER AND ENERGY...LATER I DECIDED TO JOGGING WITH DEAR BUT DON KNOW GOT ENOUGH ENERGY O NT....SCARE PENGSAN NANTI...HEHEHEHEHE....BUT I REALLY NEED A REST AND HOLIDAY AGAIN...I MISS MY KL HOLIDAY....I WANT IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR O MAYBE COMING SOON THIS YEAR AGAIN..I CANT STAND LIAO...WORKING WORKING WORKING ONLY......

just now delson pick me went lunch like normal...but today bit special he drive his company car and pick me...wow...i so happy and feel very xing fook cos can sit inside a luxury car...so happy...is nissan sentra and is red colour again..this is my first time....

last time delson pick me with nissan frontier...that ok la..normal...soon delson said he will pick me with nissan latio...that car really nice oh....i love it but very expensive cant buy la..just dream only la...

only short while i sit inside that car but i feel like very blessed and just like in a dream....cinderella...hehehehehe...dreaming la me...lisa kong...

thanks dear...although he so scare when driving that car cos scare the staff will saw he driving the car and pick me but he knew me so wanted to sit on that car she rather bear all the circumstances....thanks....i really happy although just short while...

last night i decided to visit my ex-cell group. they have changed their meeting time from today to last night because my ex-cell leader leaving to Tawau today. i will pray to God that she will have a great holiday and can have enough sleep and rest. enjoy cell leader.

is been two month i din meet my ex-cell member and i miss them so much. when i reach the cell i realise they din changed much still remain the same but just that i hardly communicate with them maybe because two month din meet liao but at the end of the cell i started to haven some conversation back with my closest friend and at last we went to MC donald so have our supper again...so happy to be with them again...really miss them. delson din turn up last night cos he already make appointment to met his dad and take something. next week they having BBQ at one of the cell member house and one of them asked me to join them and asked to bring delson along. but i will try and make it and bring along friends to join. because soon they going to start alpha in the cell so they encourage us to bring new friends to come and join the alpha group. i know it must be very fun...cos alpha oh...hehehehehhee....eating and sharing and fellowship and worship the Lord...fun....pray that i can bring a friend also.
