commitment in EXERCISE?????

each person also got their own commitment every year o everyday o every week o every month? me also included..this year me and delson wanna make a great commitment to exercise every week three times. so far, we din make it and we fail. Jan we totally din jogging at all. and feb we just started last monday and we went to bukit padang climb the mount. i know delson want and long to exercise but sometimes is me the one make him give up...cos for example like i asked delson to prepare clothes and shoe we gonna to jogging the next day, so he prepare everything liao den reached 5pm liao den my mood will changed and i will said LAZY OH, TIRED OH, NO MOOD OH, RAINING OH, UNHAPPY OH and lots of the excuses. so i know is my wrong la make him shi wang most of the time.

so i don wan talk so loud here, i hope this year we can have the habit to exercise at least three time per week. cos i don wan future our body not healthy and lots sickness. tell you somethings, me very guai one i wont sweat one during exercise...hehehehehe...funny oh....unless i work very hard la...if not my shirt still dry and delson shirt can change two times...

not only exercise, we both also promises ourself eat less fat food, like sugar, choc, sweet things, oily things and many more. first we can save money and we also can keep fit. for your info, everytime in the restaurant, we just ordered one drink becos i cant finished everythings...hehehehe...and my food always give to delson half of it...hehehe....make him more fat la...

i hope anyone of you out there, if you got any target o commitment you wanna make this year, don give up and keep on going although sometimes very lazy o tired...tat why eveytimes i exercise i just keep on telling me i wanna slim i wanna look nice...hehehehehe...i wanna wear all kind of shirt, i wanna keep fit, i wanna i wanna...hehehehe....
